Pine & Partners helped develop an integrated centennial program to capture 3M's history and reinforce its core values. Elements included an anniversary year history book, video, traveling historical display, audiotape, web page component, educational publication for children, anniversary media relations and anniversary special events.

• The 250-page book was given to employees, retirees, customers and selected business allies worldwide. It was also given as a gift to key clients and prospective clients.
  
  
• Global media relations emphasized 3M innovation over 100 years
  
  
• The historical video was created to reinforce the message of 3M innovation to the marketplace.
  
  
• Special events were planned to recognize client relationships worldwide.
  
  
• An exhibit featured 3M innovation and employee contributions to new product development.
