Pine & Partners designed and implemented the 25th anniversary year program, which included a 30-page publication, video and a core values reinforcement program.

• The historical publication was designed to recognize the contributions of volunteers who have worked with residents of the DCI group homes over 25 years. It is used to thank current donors and attract future donors.
  
  
• With the acquisition of another organization, Dakota Communities, Inc. used its publication to help employees understand the history, philosophy and practices of DCI. The organization later developed a formal statement of its core values based, in part, on the historical research.
  
  
• The video and special events focused on fundraising and employee recognition.
