Pine & Partners produced a 200-page book to commemorate IDQ's 50th anniversary in 1990. Because IDQ is composed of independent franchisees, the160-page book has been used at annual sales meetings and other franchise meetings to give participants a deeper understanding of the company's philosophy, origin and breadth.
  • IDQ also shares its history book with prospective, major customers to introduce the company and reinforce its longevity/stability in the minds of prospects.

  • New store operators receive the book as part of training and orientation. The book is also included in the curriculum for leadership development training.
